How To Order
You can order either: on-line, by telephone, by e-mail
Online: Browse through our range of products and click on the buy now icon and choose the colour/size/amount then click on add to cart
By Telephone: Browse through our range of products making a note of the item description, size, colour, amount that you require and then simply call us on 01253 829400 - please have your credit/debit card details ready. The number for orders is available from 9:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Saturday. If you wish to order Sundays please leave a message adn we will get back ot you first thing Monday morning.
E-mail: You can order your items via e-mail 24 hours a day. Please remember to add all the information we need, ie: item description, colour, size, amount, delivery address details, your contact number and we will contact you promptly for your card details: info@equestrianshoponline.co.uk
Delivery Charges
UK standard delivery: £5.95 (allow 2-7 working days for delivery - aim to deliver asap)
Next Day: £12.00 (subject to availability so please call to check and orders must be placed by 2pm for delivery the next day)
Out Of Stock Items
We will notify you if items are out of stock. If you have paid online through PayPal we can either: refund the item amount or notify you of when the item will be expected to be back in stock and if you prefer you can choose to wait for your item to be re-stocked and then dispatched, or you can choose an alternative.
Returns
If you find that the goods you have purchased are unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied you can return the item and be issued with a refund or an exchange. This is subject to the item being returned within 8 days, clean, unused, unsoiled and still in its original packaging. Please return using suitable packaging, using clear labels and your contact details, receipt enclosed.
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods can be returned but we ask you to notify us and return the item within 14 days of purchase as refunds cannot be given after 14 days. A refund or exchange will be issued, please ensure items are correctly packaged and labelled and items enclosed are dry. |
